The directory is a compilation of the Expertise 100, the ranking of the largest investment portfolios in Belgium.
The Expertise 100 is based on a survey conducted among the investors involved, during December. The value of the portfolios is based on the figures as of 1 December. Some listed companies provided their figures as of September 30, and some portfolios were adjusted by our editorial staff using the most recent information.
In total, Expertise analysed 297 real estate portfolios – which is 30 more than the previous year – with a combined value of €82.2bn in direct real estate investments in Belgium.
